Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located in downtown NYC, walking distance to One World Observatory and the 9/11 Memorial. The rooms are clean and big, though could have been a little warmer due to the cold outside. The dining experience is good but could use more variety in the hot food selection. The service is lovely, especially with Shaun Johnson at the desk making the stay welcoming.
My stay at the hotel was superb. The rooms were peaceful despite being in the heart of the city, offering views of the reflection pools at WTC and the One World Observatory until 2 pm at no extra charge. The service was impeccable, from the cooking staff to the general manager, always helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for exploring downtown, with easy access to subway lines and key attractions like the 911 memorial pools. However, the dining experience, especially the packed plastic food, left much to be desired.
I had a great stay at this hotel in Manhattan. The rooms were larger than expected, equipped with a full refrigerator and microwave, and facing a dark alley. The hotel's location was superb, just 2 minutes away from the Fulton Street and Cortland Street subway stations, making it easy to reach attractions like the Brooklyn Bridge, WTC memorial, and Battery Park on foot.
